Performances:

• Matinée: 2:00pm
• Evening: 6:30pm

🎟️ Booking Your Tickets

Tickets are limited! To ensure all families can attend, please book a maximum of two tickets per family, per performance.

How to book: Visit the school shop on our website to reserve your tickets.

A voluntary donation of £2 per ticket will cover refreshments provided to enjoy during the performance. All proceeds will go to the Immeasurably More fund.

📸 Photography and Filming

To protect all children, we ask that parents and carers do not share or publish images of pupils on social media without the consent of their parents/carers. Photography and filming by parents during the performance is not permitted.

Don’t worry! The school has provided an alternative option to saver those memories, Cardwell & Simons will do a photoshoot on 4th December.

👕 Costume Requirements

To help us prepare, please ensure your child brings the following items in a named carrier bag by Monday 1st December:

• Plain black leggings (girls) or shorts/joggers (boys)
• Plain black t-shirt

📖 Learning Lines and Songs

Year 5 and 6 pupils: We’d really appreciate your support in helping your child learn and practise their lines at home.

All pupils: Please help your child practise the song lyrics, which are available on their Google Classrooms.

🕐 Performance Day Arrangements

Afternoon Performance (2:00pm)

All pupils should arrive at school as normal in their school uniform.

Evening Performance (6:30pm)

• Arrival time: Please arrive by 6:00pm
• Pupils will be greeted and signed in by primary staff members
• Children will get changed into their costumes (which will be kept at school)
• Parents are welcome to stay for refreshments until the show begins at 6:30pm
• Collection: Please collect your child at the end of the performance at approximately 7:30pm

🚗 Parking Information

Afternoon Performance (2:00pm): Catholic Church Car Park or in the surrounding roads

Evening Performance (6:30pm): School playground, Catholic Church Car Park or in the surrounding roads

Please be considerate:

• Do not block driveways
• Be mindful of noise levels when leaving the evening performance, as our neighbours will be settling down for the night
