Description
We are delighted to offer a wonderful range of after-school clubs throughout the Spring Term. All clubs will begin on Tuesday 6th January. There will be an update after half term, and all clubs will finish by Thursday 26th March 2026.
Timings:
All clubs will run from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.
Attendance:
A register will be taken each week. Please let the club leader know if your child is unable to attend on any given day.
Collection:
Children should be collected from their usual pick-up points at 4.30pm.
- Please ensure prompt collection. Pick-ups after 4:40 pm will incur a charge.
Snacks:
Please send your child with an additional snack to enjoy before their club begins.
What happens when a club is cancelled?
Please note the following:

After School Clubs may be cancelled if a member of staff is unwell.

If this happens, parents will be notified.

Children who cannot be collected early will be offered a place in After School Provision until 4.30pm.

Clubs may also be cancelled when parents’ evenings or whole-school events are taking place.

Parents will be informed in advance of any planned cancellations.
- After School Provision: is available on all school days. This provides a quiet and supportive space for children to complete homework or reading tasks in a calm environment.

Places for clubs are limited and can fill quickly, so we encourage families to sign up promptly.
