Description

IMPORTANT: You MUST complete the process and “buy” a ticket to give consent; your child cannot attend without a ticket purchased.

The ticket includes a voluntary donation: (All proceeds will go towards the Immeasurably More Fund)

  • Your consent for attendance
  • All activities, e.g. crafts, music, party games, face painting, transfers & glow sticks!
  • Tuck shop access

⚠️ You’ll give separate consent for each activity your child participates in.

Key Details

Who can come?

  • All pupils from Year R to Year 6
  • Your child will be supervised the entire time by their class teachers

What to wear

  • Come to school in normal school uniform
  • Bring party clothes to change into (no fancy dress please)

Pick-up time

  • 4.30pm from the playground
  • Year 6 pupils: You must collect them from school grounds (they won’t walk to Dean Road)

If your child is NOT attending

  • They’ll be supervised until 3.15pm
  • Normal playground pick-up applies

Wraparound Care

  • Primary Wraparound Care are CANCELLED on Friday to allow pupils to attend the party
