Description
We are delighted to offer a wonderful range of after-school clubs throughout the Spring Term. All clubs will begin on Tuesday 6th January. There will be an update after half term where clubs will change.
Timings:
All clubs will run from 3.15pm to 4.30pm.
Attendance:
A register will be taken each week. Please let the club leader know if your child is unable to attend on any given day.
Collection:
Children should be collected from their usual pick-up points at 4.30pm.
- Please ensure prompt collection. Pick-ups after 4:40 pm will incur a charge.
Snacks:
Please send your child with an additional snack to enjoy before their club begins.
What happens when a club is cancelled?
Our wrap-around care will continue to be available every school day, offering a calm and supportive space for homework, reading, or quiet activities.
Please note the following:

After School Clubs may be cancelled if a member of staff is unwell.

If this happens, parents will be notified.

Children who cannot be collected early will be offered a place in wrap-around care until 4.30pm, with charges applying only from 4.40pm onwards.

Clubs may also be cancelled when parents’ evenings or whole-school events are taking place.

Parents will be informed in advance of any planned cancellations.

Places for clubs are limited and can fill quickly, so we encourage families to sign up promptly.
