Description

We are excited to offer our GCSE Art students the opportunity to attend a trip to the Southampton City Art Gallery on Monday, 27th January. This trip is a valuable and essential part of the GCSE Art course, designed to extend students’ learning and provide inspiration for their coursework.

Students will explore exhibitions focused on design and art, offering them a deeper understanding of key concepts and practical insights to support their studies. This hands-on experience will complement the curriculum and is vital for developing their knowledge and creative practice.

We will be traveling by minibus, departing from school in the morning and returning by the end of the school day. Mrs. Powell will be leading the trip, accompanied by one support staff member.
