Our Wraparound Care provision is available exclusively for pupils in the Primary School and consists of two sessions per day.

Please choose the time that your child will be picked up. By continuing you understand that you may subject to a late fee if you fail to pick up your child by this time.
To cancel a booking please contact the office. By continuing you understand that bookings are NON REFUNDABLE. Bookings can be cancelled up to 5pm the day before the booking and you will receive a voucher that can be used for future purchases through the school shop (apart from invoice or fee payments).

Description

Afterschool Club Details:

  • A structured session running from 3.15pm – 5pm
  • A selection of healthy snack options is provided in a supervised and welcoming environment.

Booking & Fees

  • Bookings can be made until  midnight the day before – if you need to book your child into after school provision on the same day, please contact the school office.
  • If a child is not collected by within 10 minutes of the agreed time a late collection charge of £5 per 15 minutes will apply.
  • Cancellation – you can cancel bookings up to 5pm the working day before the day the booking is for. (i.e. you can cancel a booking for Tuesday on the Monday before, but you must cancel a Monday on the Friday before).
  • Bookings are non refundable, but we will issue you with a voucher (for successfully cancelled bookings) that can be used for future purchases from the school shop (apart from for invoice or fee payments)
