I agree to support my child’s participation in accordance with these expectations, including the club’s policies on behaviour, attendance, homework completion, and collection arrangements. I will work in partnership with the school to ensure my child benefits fully from the provision and will communicate promptly with the school regarding any changes or concerns.
Please choose the time that your child will be picked up. By continuing you understand that you may subject to a late fee if you fail to pick up your child by this time.

Description

Homework Club is available on all school days, including before and after the dates of the main After School Clubs programme. This provides a quiet and supportive space for children to complete homework or reading tasks in a calm environment.

Information:

  • Time: Homework club will run from 3.30pm to 4.30pm
  • Attendance: Registers will be taken each week – please kindly inform the Homework Club staff member if your child is unable to attend on any particular day.
  • Collection: Children should be collected as normal from the usual pick-up points.
  • Snack: Please send your child with an additional snack to enjoy before their club begins.

Booking & Fees:

  • There is no charge for Senior Afterschool Provision: Homework Club between 3.30pm – 4.30pm.
  • If a child is not collected by within 10 minutes of 4.30pm a late collection charge of £5 per 15 minutes will apply.
  • Bookings can be made until  midnight the day before – if you need to book your child into after school provision on the same day, please contact the school office.
